I work at a software development company. It is awesome. Yesterday, we discussed something that we are all guilty of: interrupting others at work. Sometimes it’s called for, but most of the time it’s not. I think the issue applies to almost every kind of work place. We would all probably be more productive if we considered how our chosen  form of communication disrupts other people.
